EARLYBIRD REGISTRATION CLOSES ON

1 JUNE 2026, 11:59PM, ACST

Admission to the Conference and any associated social functions may be refused if payment has not been received.

All registration types include morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea on all Conference Days, including Conference materials, access to one mid-congress tour, and one ticket to the Welcome Reception and Conference dinner.

  • Member/Non-Member Registration: For those who are/are not members of the Australian Rangeland Society.
  • Student/Early Career Registration*: For those who are currently enrolled in study, including undergraduate, postgraduate or research students; or, those who are early in their career (up to 5 years in the rangeland industry).
  • Supporting Registration: This registration type contributes a portion of the registration fee towards a fellow delegate requiring support to attend the Conference.

*Students will be asked to provide a copy of valid student ID, or proof of enrolment. Early Career delegates will be asked to provide a brief justification as to why they qualify as an Early Career delegate.

GROUP REGISTRATION & ALTERNATE PAYMENT

If you would like to purchase multiple registrations as a group or request an alternate payment method invoice, please contact All Occasions Group via email at conference@aomevents.com.

Other payment methods include invoice or EFT/direct debit.

ACCOMPANYING PERSON REGISTRATION

If you would like to purchase an Accompanying Person registration, please contact All Occasions Group via email at conference@aomevents.com.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the Conference will receive a full refund, less a $150 AUD cancellation fee. Registration cancellations received less than 30 days and up to 7 days prior to the Conference will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received within seven (7) days of the Conference; however, a substitute delegate may be nominated.

Registration cancellations must be sent in writing via email to All Occasions Group, conference@aomevents.com.

Refunds from any deposits forwarded to hotels, tour companies or other related businesses will be at the discretion of the supplier. Each hotel will have different terms and conditions, check before booking.
