  • A confirmation email sent automatically after submission, please keep this email for your reference.
  • The Presenting Author must register and attend. 
  • To edit or withdraw an abstract, email conference@aomevents.com quoting your abstract number and title.

CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS

All accepted abstracts will be invited to submit 4 page papers for the Conference Proceedings; this will be available online just before the Conference. There will also be a special issue of the Rangeland Journal arising from the Conference.

PRESENTER ATTENDANCE

All presenting authors of accepted abstracts are required to present their work in-person at the Conference, and therefore, must register to attend. If your presentation has been accepted but extenuating circumstances prevent your attendance, we ask you to find a replacement presenter for the abstract and notify us as soon as possible at conference@aomevents.com.

ABSTRACT GUIDELINES

Presentation Type:

  • Oral presentation: 12 minutes plus 3 minutes for questions
  • Lightning oral presentation: 3 minutes plus 2 minutes for questions (can be combined with a poster)
  • Poster Presentation: Posters will be displayed throughout conference and dedicated end-of-day sessions

Abstract Guidelines:

  • Provide a title, author name(s), and affiliation(s) of author(s).
  • The abstract body should be 200–300 words, using clear and concise language with minimal jargon.
  • Arial, font size (12), headings in bold and font colour black.
  • Abstracts can include a figure or be a ‘graphical abstract’.
  • Ideas for lightning presentations or posters can be submitted using a text-based or graphical abstract.
  • Abstracts must be submitted in the Word template that can be downloaded from the abstract submission page.
