21 days prior to the arrival date, bookings may be cancelled without penalty. Between 14 and 7 days to arrival, should a guest wish to cancel/modify their confirmed booking, 1 night penalty fee applies for every full cancellation. After 7 days up to the arrival date, or in case of No Show, any cancellation and/or reduction in room nights will be classed as cancelled room nights and will incur a charge equal to 100% of the full stay.
